is a family housekeeping cottage resort
with affordable summer & fall rental rates,
specials, and returning cottager
& seniors discounts of 10%.

July & August cottage rentals are weekly
starting on Saturday or Sunday,
(& sometimes Friday) as scheduling permits.
Weekends & variable rental periods,
with a 2-night minimum, may be offered
within 10 days of the rental date
if available during July & August
and are offered throughout September.

2012 Docking & Motorboat Rental: Dockage fee ~ boats up to 20 ft. Motorboat Rental* (+ $100 damage deposit)	(Pedalboats & canoes are freely shared by Elm Cove Cottagers) $10 Daily / $60 Weekly (Trailer parking is included in designated lot) Please contact us ahead of your stay if your require dockage.* Two 14~foot aluminum boats are available to experienced boaters only $45 half~day/$75 daily/$400 weekly ~Please add tax~ (Gas used is extra) ~ See Boating** for information on boat rentals & facilities for larger boats ~

If the cottage capacity (# of people) is exceeded, there will be an additional charge
of $40/day/adult and $20/day/child (up to 2 years~old are free). Please check with us first. Thank-you.

Reservations:
We require a deposit of 1/3 to reserve,
payable by cheque, money order or INTERAC e-transfer to elmcove@csolve.net
Full payment is due by 6 weeks prior to the rental date
and may be sent when due or included as a post-dated cheque with your deposit.
HST tax of 13% applies to all rentals.
Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or, if requested, mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.

Change Policy and Cancellation:
Our commitment to reserve your cottage is based on your commitment to stay with us.
Your payment will be refunded ~ minus a $50 service charge ~ if we receive notification
of cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to the booking date. If notification is received
less than six weeks prior to the booking date we will refund your payment ONLY if
the cottage can be re-rented, minus the $50 service charge.

Payment may be made by cheque, money order or by Interac e-transfer and is payable to:
